Hi, I’m Mo!

A versatile industrial designer and design innovation leader, with established in-house and consulting experience across PE backed, growth stage and mature organizations. I love the impact great design can have on business success, having designed and delivered products that have earned significant revenue and profit increases for the companies I have worked with.

I am focused on building and scaling design and innovation systems that can create enterprise wide incremental value through helping craft strategic vision, insights, and new product development roadmaps. In addition to partnering alongside agencies and manufacturers in Asia, Europe and North America, I have built industrial design and innovation capabilities from the ground up, establishing strategy, design systems, and talent to support scalable growth, or to solve technical challenges with commercial success.

I also enjoy hands-on design, environments design that fosters creativity and collaboration, and can roll up my sleeves to build things, generate concepts and bring donuts. I also paint, mostly acrylic on canvas.
